Sophie Moultrie

Since winning the Junior Talent Spotting Final in 2008 I have been very busy competing and moving up levels in the dressage world.

In November I was given the opportunity to purchase a new dressage horse called Faible (Feels Like Gold). He is a 17.1 10 year old chestnut hanoverian gelding and a very cheeky chap! Over the winter Faible and I have been competing at novice and elementary to build up our partnership and understanding of each other. We have had a successful winter season so far and gaining 2 firsts, 3 seconds and 2 thirds, being placed at every show we have done! In our first elementary Faible and I managed to gain 67.8 % and first place, which I was very pleased with but know we can still improve!

At the moment we are working towards the under 21s UK and Byrds competition in March where I will be doing my first medium and it is test 75.
